Access Gateway

Access Gateway is a private tool operated by its owner, Maksim (maksim@kubot.ee), for his own mailboxes. It lets his AI assistant (Claude, by Anthropic) work with those mailboxes through one controlled entry point hosted on Google Cloud. It is not a public service and cannot be used by anyone else: only the operator's own, explicitly linked accounts are served, and only the operator can authorize access.

What it does

• Search and read messages, threads and attachments in the operator's linked mailboxes.
• Create and update email drafts in the mailbox chosen by the operator.
• List and create Gmail labels, and apply or remove labels on messages and threads.
• Report which mailbox every result comes from.

What it does not do

• It does not send email. Sending is blocked by policy and is possible only through a separate, explicit confirmation step by the operator, which is not enabled.
• It does not delete mail, except test drafts and test labels it created itself.
• It does not store email content, sell data, show advertising or share data with third parties.
